*Community rental rates are for private and non-profit activities, and certain commercial activities that provide a benefit to the Nederland community.

*Set-up and breakdown times shall be included in the hourly rental rate.  Please allow enough time for your event.

*Use of concession stand shall include use of unused cupboard space, but shall not include the refrigerator, soda cooler, or popcorn machine, unless prior approval is obtained from the Backdoor theater.
